Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized person to assist in daily office activities including but not limited to answering phones, data entry, customer service and AR/AP duties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and readily accessible. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets with precision. Organize and maintain electronic files and records for easy retrieval. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties related to data management including AR and AP Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency. Skills Proficiency in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy. Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively. Familiarity with databases and office software applications, including Excel. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not required. Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
