(PSG)-a Sunbelt Solomon company and a NETA-accredited service provider-is seeking a skilledArc Flash Technician to join our growing team in the Tipp City or Columbus, Ohio area. What You'll Do Analyze commercial and industrial electrical systems Create accurate, hand-drawn one-line diagrams for engineering review Open and inspect energized electrical panels using proper PPE Identify and verify conductor sizes and components Serve as a primary point of contact for customer safety personnel Ensure all work aligns with
NEC, NFPA
70E, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standards Produce clear, organized, and professional documentation and drawings 2+ years of industrial electrical experience Strong knowledge of electrical safe work practices Ability to read and interpret one-line and control diagrams Familiarity with
NEC, NFPA
70E, and OSHA Arc Flash requirements Comfortable working in energized environments with proper PPE Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Strong organization, handwriting, and diagram-drawing abilities High school diploma or GED OSHA 10 Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and stand for extended periods Clean driving record Ability to pass background, drug, and reference checks Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight travel Solid computer skills (email, Microsoft Excel/Word, data entry) Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in electrical technology or equivalent military training Completed electrical apprenticeship or Journeyman certification OSHA 30, advanced
