This position will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient, medical, insurance, and DME information in our company database and EHR system (Brightree). Duties Accurately enter and update patient and medical information in the company database and EHR system (Brightree) Review information for accuracy and completeness Enter and maintain insurance and DME-related information Process and organize medical documentation Maintain accurate patient records Ensure information is entered timely and correctly Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Assist with other data entry and office duties as needed Qualifications Brightree experience strongly preferred Previous medical data entry, DME, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with databases and electronic health record systems Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance information is a plus Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally
Pay:
