Oklahoma City, OK Job Details Full-time $15 - $17 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Desktop applications Typing Office experience Full Job Description Summary Responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping to ensure assuring the timely receipt and processing of legal documents in a team production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every caller. Input & update case statuses in proprietary system and establish work priorities by pulling electronic reports for clients. Follow up with process servers for status via phone and email to push for quick resolution. Apply client and county specific requirements to daily work production and become familiar with rules of Civil Procedure. Provide daily communication with clients, vendors, and co-workers. Prepare and sort documents for data entry. Reroute & track documents, open mail, and review new case data. Meet or exceed key performance indicators regarding timeliness of case status, case notes, and obtaining status to move cases to next phase of service. Expedite resolution of errors made by Process Servers on submitted affidavits. Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes. Punctual and regular attendance. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of office and/or customer service experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred Proficient typing skills (30 wpm) Experience with office machine operations Familiarity with legal documents preferred Ability to multi-task and maintain organization Work Environment Professional office work environment. Occasionally required to sit for long hours, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear. Physical Demand Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
