The ideal candidate will be responsible for scanning documents into a computer system, removing staples, using a dolly to gather multiple filing boxes, etc. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our digital files, supporting efficient data management and administrative operations. Duties Operate scanning equipment to convert physical documents into digital formats with high accuracy. Enter data into various databases and ERP systems, ensuring completeness and correctness. Perform data collection, transcription, and order entry tasks as required. Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to facilitate easy retrieval of documents. Utilize Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, for data analysis and reporting purposes. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data verification, and basic math calculations to support administrative functions. Ensure all scanned documents are properly labeled, stored, and backed up according to company standards. Support office operations by performing general administrative duties with organizational efficiency. Skills Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry and transcription tasks. Experience with office procedures such as filing, order entry, and data collection. Familiarity with computer skills necessary for document scanning and digital management. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy. Previous clerical or office experience is preferred to ensure smooth workflow integration. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
