Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support a local team with accurate and timely data entry. This role is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in company systems and databases while ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with large volumes of information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systemsReview source documents for accuracy and completenessMaintain electronic and paper records in an organized mannerIdentify and correct data entry errors promptlyPerform regular quality checks to ensure data integrityAssist with document scanning, filing, and record maintenanceGenerate basic reports as neededSupport administrative and clerical projects during the assignmentHandle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
