$25-$31/hour on W2

Not eligible for visa sponsorship This role supports the maintenance and accuracy of financial and operational data across multiple systems, providing essential data entry and reconciliation support to the client's maintenance and financial analytics team. Job Summary

  • Enter, update, and maintain data across Excel, Smartsheet, and internal systems, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
  • Review and reconcile data across multiple systems and transaction sets, identifying discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
  • Track and maintain information related to invoices, payments, PCard activity, projects, and funding requests.
  • Use Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables, to organize, compare, validate, and report on data.
  • Assist with administrative financial processes such as journal entries, fixed asset tracking, project cost allocations, and audit support as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3 years of data entry or administrative data management experience.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience using Smartsheet for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access for data extraction and cross-system reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a reliable, organized, and process-oriented work style.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Accounting background or relevant coursework and experience.
  • Exposure to journal entries, accounts payable, or invoice processing workflows.
