Job Description
State of the Art, Inc., a leading manufacturer of thick and thin film resistive products, has an opening for a Data Entry Administrator in our Sales Department. Hours will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime hours as required to meet deadlines. The position requires being (or becoming) knowledgeable about electronic components; high degree of motivation; ability to perform effectively in a high-stress multi-task environment; computer experience; legible printing or handwriting; attention to detail; and ability to set priorities and manage workload accordingly. Position involves email and telephone interaction with customers, Outside Sales Representatives, production staff, and accounting.
