Identify missing, conflicting, or incorrect information and follow up to resolve discrepancies. Work closely with internal teams to support project entry and address issues that may impact timelines. Track validation progress, maintain clear documentation, and communicate outstanding items as needed. Support a high-volume work environment by staying organized, responsive, and detail-focused. Follow established processes while working independently and adapting to changing priorities. Skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data validation. Ability to compare information across systems and spot inconsistencies. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Point, and Excel. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Preferred Skills Experience with food specifications, labeling, packaging, or regulatory compliance. Background working with suppliers or cross-functional teams. Prior experience with data validation, system migrations, or master data. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Clear documentation habits and a proactive approach to escalating issues.
