Your proactive approach and strong technical skills will contribute to the smooth operation of our administrative processes, supporting overall business efficiency. Duties Enter, update, and maintain data records with precision using multiple software tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and productivity software. Manage and organize digital files and physical documents through effective filing systems. Handle data entry tasks related to billing, bookkeeping, client information, and medical or dental records as required. Utilize QuickBooks for financial data management and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Respond professionally to inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer support and client communication. Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities including phone etiquette and visitor greeting. Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Skills Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and office administration in a professional setting. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and productivity software. Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software and basic bookkeeping principles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective client communication across diverse populations. Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and phone etiquette to ensure professional interactions. Demonstrated attention to detail with proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all documents. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities such as filing, calendar management, and customer support. Technical proficiency in computer skills including typing speed, document processing, and general office technology.
