Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support our administrative and operational functions. Your efficiency and attention to detail will ensure that our records are precise and accessible, enabling smooth business processes. Responsibilities Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other software with speed and precision, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date Manage multiple-line phone systems to handle inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service and support Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Proofread and verify data entries for accuracy, correcting errors as needed to uphold data integrity Assist with office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and supporting front desk operations Utilize Microsoft Office tools including Word processing and spreadsheets to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation Support client communication efforts by maintaining clear records of interactions and follow-up actions Experience Proven clerical experience or office management background with a focus on data entry tasks Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and productivity software Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment Previous customer service or front desk experience that emphasizes professionalism and clear communication Join us in this vital role where your technical proficiency, organizational skills, and dedication will directly impact our operational success. Pay:
$33.95 - $40.84 per hour
