Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help streamline office operations and support overall administrative functions. Duties Enter, update, and maintain data records with precision using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and specialized databases like QuickBooks Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer service Organize and update spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document proofreading Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing client communication with professionalism Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining organized records Provide customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Experience Proven office experience with a focus on data entry or administrative support Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and spreadsheet management Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus Previous roles involving customer service, front desk operations, or medical receptionist duties are advantageous Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are preferred to enhance client communication and team collaboration Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills in data entry, office management, and customer support will make a meaningful impact.
