Job Description Our client is looking to fill the role of Data Entry Coordinator. The Data Coordinator II is responsible for maintaining investigator and site data, supporting transparency reporting (Open Payments/Sunshine Act), and ensuring high data quality across clinical systems. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple data streams in a regulated environment.
Location:
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite in
Danbury Pay Rate:
$26-$30/hour
Responsibilities:
Create, update, and QC investigator/site data in internal databases from multiple sources Manage transparency reporting spend data from vendors and internal teams Monitor and respond to service mailbox inquiries (investigator/site requests, data updates, vetting) Review forms and data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with quality standards Perform complex web-based research and data validation Build and maintain Excel trackers and reports; reconcile datasets and resolve discrepancies Support Open Payments/Sunshine Act reporting (data prep, submissions, quarterly reviews) Partner with internal teams and external vendors to collect and validate data Assist with data analysis, reporting, and special projects Support Compliance in resolving data issues and disputes
Required Qualifications:
Strong Excel proficiency (required) Experience with clinical trial data, investigator/site data, or regulated environments preferred High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication and problem-solving skills If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
