  • Review large volumes of physical documentation
  • Research and locate records within SharePoint and ProjectWise
  • Verify existence and accuracy of electronic records
  • Perform quality assurance reviews on scanned images
  • Scan missing documentation into electronic systems
  • Upload and link documents to appropriate databases
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Support records management initiatives
  • Handle banker boxes and engineering prints
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity goals Typical Day
  • Reviewing physical records and engineering documents
  • Searching databases for existing electronic records
  • Validating document accuracy and completeness
  • Scanning and indexing missing records
  • Performing quality checks on scanned files
  • Updating databases and document repositories
  • Organizing records and maintaining documentation standards
  • Working independently with minimal supervision Work Environment
  • Office-based environment
  • Primarily onsite during initial ramp-up period
  • Independent contributor role
  • Records Center support staff available onsite
  • Core team located approximately 15-20 minutes away Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • Standard daytime business hours
  • No overtime anticipated
  • Initially onsite 5 days per week
  • Potential for 1-2 remote days per week after successful ramp-up (typically within first 3 months) Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift banker boxes and large documents
  • Lifting up to approximately 20-25 pounds
