We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Data Specialist to support a short-term, high-impact project focused on organizing, cleaning, and structuring large datasets. This role is critical to a broader system/software implementation initiative, ensuring data is accurate, standardized, and ready for migration. Responsibilities:
Clean, organize, and structure large datasets in Excel Review data for accuracy, duplicates, and inconsistencies Standardize and reformat data to meet system and software requirements Assist in data preparation and migration into new platforms Collaborate with team members to ensure data is clear, accurate, and usable Maintain organization and consistency across high-volume data files
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) Experience working with:
VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP
Pivot Tables Basic formulas and data manipulation tools High attention to detail with the ability to quickly identify errors Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large volumes of data Prior experience with data cleanup, transformation, or migration preferred Nice to
