Job Description

Data Entry Specialist - Aston Carter (Partner Opportunity) Aston Carter is partnering with a leading organization in the agriculture compliance and product management operations space to hire a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist . This role supports state regulatory requirements for feed and fertilizer products and plays a key part in maintaining accurate reporting and licensing records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, compliance‑focused tasks, and being part of a collaborative, close‑knit team. Responsibilities Manage state registrations and licenses for feed and fertilizer products. Complete feed tonnage reporting for multiple states on a quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual basis. Support feed tonnage audits by preparing and providing required documentation. Maintain departmental records, correspondence, and follow‑up tracking. Obtain and cancel licenses in a timely manner. Monitor state regulatory changes and identify potential impacts. Collaborate with team members to support shared goals and maintain strong communication. Prioritize projects and meet established deadlines. Assist team members with additional tasks as needed. Required Skills Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred). Customer service mindset and strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously. Experience with inventory management is a plus. Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of office or administrative experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Work Environment Hybrid schedule:
4 days onsite, 1 day work‑from‑home (Fridays) once training is complete. Reports to the Director of Product Management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
