Data Entry Specialist II (OOJ - 43908) 26-31 / US Dollars / Hourly NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Mar/18/2026 Job Description Engage in data entry and system maintenance to support timely and accurate information within the database. Responsible for the entry of raw data and subsequent translation into valuable information to be utilized in assessing ongoing business performance and to support decision making. Review details of documents to ensure required data for processing order/data is complete. Establish data naming standards and consistent data definitions to improve overall data quality. Accurately and timely process data in high volumes. Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes. Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion. Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members. Sort and route mail, correspondence, packages, and messages for timely delivery to the appropriate party. Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate or at least Real Estate. High school diploma required. Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience. Ideal candidate would have worked as a transaction coordinator or office admin in a real estate office. Why is This a
