Fully Remote Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to support a healthcare operations team processing incoming medical faxes. You will review digital faxes, locate required patient information, and accurately enter the data into an online healthcare portal. This is a high-volume, accuracy-focused role where attention to detail is critical. Medical or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Review incoming medical faxes and clinical documentation Locate patient information and enter data into the appropriate system Perform high-volume data entry and copy/paste Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information Meet established productivity and accuracy expectations Qualifications Typing speed of 40-60 WPM (Test Required) Minimum 95% accuracy Strong attention to detail Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume computer work Healthcare/medical experience preferred, but not required Mac experience strongly preferred Remote Work Requirements Must remain on camera during working hours, excluding breaks and lunch Reliable internet with minimum 50 Mbps upload and download speeds Dedicated, secure workspace with a desk/table and chair Computer screen cannot face a window or be visible to others Must be able to work without primary caregiving responsibilities during scheduled hours Candidates must also successfully complete required background and CORI checks.
