Data Entry Specialist Position Features:

- Training Records Data Specialist We're seeking an LMS Data Entry Specialist to support the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) through data entry, record migration, validation, and administrative support activities. This temporary opportunity offers a flexible schedule of 20-40 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement available after training. Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and data migration activities related to LMS implementation
- Validate, clean, organize, and maintain training and employee records
- Upload training materials, assignments, and user information into the LMS
- Assist with LMS configuration, including user profiles, training assignments, and organizational structures
- Conduct data imports, audits, and quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Provide general administrative support for LMS implementation projects Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, sorting, filtering, and data manipulation
- Experience with data entry, records management, databases, or large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and technologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), training records, or administrative support is a plus
