Review and Clean Data:

Validate, clean, and standardize records across spreadsheets, internal databases, and company platforms.

Conduct Audits:

Perform routine quality checks to identify missing details, formatting errors, or duplicate entries.

Resolve Discrepancies:

Investigate data inconsistencies, coordinate corrective steps, and track resolutions.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work alongside data analysts, IT staff, and operational teams to support reporting needs and projects.

Maintain Documentation:

Log data quality issues and updates to help refine organizational data standards.

Support Ad Hoc Requests:

Assist with custom data pulls and task-specific reviews as operational needs arise. Qualifications Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent. Proven background in data entry, data validation, or administrative roles with heavy data focus. Proficiency with spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and basic database navigation. Strong attention to detail and consistency when performing structured tasks. Proven ability to manage your time and work dependably in an independent, remote setting. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-Haves Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience using CRM software or specialized data cleaning tools. Basic familiarity with SQL or data querying principles.
