Position Summary:
The CRM & Data Entry Associate supports the marketing and sales teams by managing all inputs to the CRM system, overseeing email marketing campaign planning and deployment, and executing activities directly related to enhancing the customer database, driving lead generation, and supporting closed business opportunities. This role serves as the operational backbone of DreamSeat's customer data integrity and email communications function, ensuring that inbound leads are captured accurately, routed promptly, and followed up on effectively, while also co-developing and managing the email communications calendar that advances the marketing and sales strategy. Essential Functions Data Entry & CRM Management Enter accounts, contacts, opportunities, and tasks into the CRM daily as direct leads are received through contact forms, new design request forms, and live chat Ensure all inbound leads are routed to the correct sales representative in a timely manner, following up as needed to confirm receipt and engagement Create follow-up tasks for the assigned sales representative upon each new lead entry to ensure prompt outreach Audit and maintain CRM data quality on an ongoing basis, identifying and resolving duplicate entries, incomplete records, and outdated contact information Proactively seek efficiencies in the data entry process through automation tools, workflow rules, and evolved internal processes Email Campaign Management Co-develop the email communications approach, including timing, content strategy, audience segmentation, and post-send analysis in support of the marketing and sales strategy Manage the email campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with other communications channels and broader business priorities Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure email messaging is cohesive with related campaign activities Deploy email communications end-to-end from build and testing through launch and track effectiveness via open rates, click-through rates, lead generation outcomes, and other KPIs Maintain and grow the email subscriber database, ensuring compliance with CAN-SPAM and other applicable regulations Report on campaign performance and provide insights to inform future email strategy and content decisions
Required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a CRM platform in a sales support or marketing operations role Demonstrated experience managing and deploying email campaigns using a commercial email marketing platform Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy across high-volume entry environments
Preferred Experience:
Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns experience strongly preferred Experience supporting both marketing and sales functions Familiarity with marketing automation, lead scoring, or CRM workflow configuration Licenses /
Certifications :
No licensure or certification is required for this position.
Physical Requirements and Conditions:
Office-based, on-site role; primarily desk and screen-based work throughout the shift. Extended periods of computer use are required. Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs. Must be available during core business hours and able to meet campaign deployment and lead routing deadlines May be required to flex hours during peak campaign periods, product launches, or critical lead-generation windows
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and the requirements of the role.
