Summary:
The Student in the Customer and Product Access (CAPA) team supports maintenance of business partner data in EPRI's systems.
Key Responsibilities:
This student employee role supports the Customer and Product Access team by creating and maintaining company, group, and contact records across
SAP S4 HANA
(SAP), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI). This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of business partner data, which is critical for enabling and protecting access to EPRI's Intellectual Property and products.
Responsibilities include:
Creating and maintaining Business Partners in SAP (Customers, Contacts, Groups) Creating, processing, and maintaining EPRI.com User ID requests for eligible contacts such as members, funders, meeting registrants, employees, and contractors Track, maintain, documenting, and close action items/cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Supporting CAPA's Customer Assistance Center case queue during peak periods.
Education and Experience:
Candidate must be a full-time undergraduate student. At least 1 year of previous work experience in an office environment is preferred
Skills and Attributes:
Well-organized Excellent time management skills Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work quickly and efficiently while ensuring accuracy Strong analytical skills Solid communication skills (verbal and written) Computer skills in Microsoft applications: Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Word Strong initiative with capability of performing multiple tasks with a moderate level of direction while having the judgment to know when to ask for assistance or direction Excellent internal and external customer service mindset The hourly rate range for Student positions are:
Undergraduate:
$16-29 per hour
Masters:
$27-33 per hour Ph.
D:
$31-36 per hour These ranges are an estimate, and the actual hourly rate may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The hourly rate may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. As an EPRI Student, you will not participate in EPRI's Benefit Programs which includes health insurance, retirement benefits, vacation, sick leave (except as set required by law) and holiday pay. However, as a Student employee you are eligible for the benefits of Social Security, State Disability Insurance, and Workers' Compensation Insurance. For Student positions which require one to relocate to an EPRI office. Relocation assistance is not provided and the student will be responsible for covering all relocation costs/expenses. EPRI participates in E-Verify, an online system operated jointly by the Department of Homeland Security and the Social Security Administration (SSA). EPRI uses the system to check the work status of new hires by comparing information from the employee's I-9 form against SSA and Department of Homeland Security databases.
