Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Data Entry Associate to join a Contract assignment (3+ months) supporting data operations within the real estate and property industry in Knoxville, Tennessee. This position focuses on processing and validating reservation- and claims-related information with a high degree of accuracy across several systems and stakeholders. The role is well suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling repetitive, detail-heavy work while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of reservation, cancellation, rebooking, and claims information across internal and external platforms with consistent accuracy.
- Verify records before submission by checking that required details are complete, properly formatted, and aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Compare data across multiple sources to identify discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies that could affect claims handling or reporting.
- Conduct thorough quality reviews to catch missing, incorrect, or duplicate information before final delivery.
- Coordinate with operations, claims, product, and underwriting teams to clarify issues and obtain corrected or additional documentation.
- Maintain organized files and supporting records so information is easy to track, retrieve, and audit.
- Follow established procedures for data handling while recognizing process gaps and suggesting practical improvements.
- Contribute to reporting activities, audit support, and other special projects connected to claims operations and data management.
- Support short-term operational workflows related to transferring data outside the current First Notice of Loss process while broader claims solutions are being developed.
