Job Title:
Procurement Admin Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and organized Procurement Admin to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining purchase order data, updating order records, and ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and shipments. This role is crucial in supporting our operations, finance, and warehouse teams with accurate and timely information. Responsibilities Enter and maintain purchase order data accurately into company procurement systems in accordance with established procedures. Update order records to reflect current status, including confirmations, revisions, shipment updates, and closures. Log and track incoming invoices, packing slips, and delivery confirmations, flagging discrepancies to the approving manager for resolution. Maintain organized and accurate procurement documentation files, both digital and physical, as applicable. Run and distribute routine procurement reports as directed by management. Communicate order status updates to internal teams such as Operations, Finance, and Warehouse as needed. Escalate any supplier issues, pricing discrepancies, or non-routine requests to the designated manager immediately. Essential Skills Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy. Experience in accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Strong skills in invoicing and invoice processing. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including V-lookups. Experience with purchase orders and shipping logistics. Competence in using QuickBooks and bank reconciliation. Strong customer service and collections skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in reconciliation and purchase order management. Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams. Ability to manage and organize both digital and physical documentation. Work Environment The role is based in an office setting where you will utilize a range of technologies and software, including procurement systems and QuickBooks. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Standard working hours apply, with flexibility as needed to meet deadlines.

Proc Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
