The ideal candidate will ensure the timely updates of incoming data for the whole department to access. Weekly reports for Apollo MedFlight leadership are required. The IDR Project Tracker will also work closely with the IDR department to ensure correct tracking and that deadlines are met. The role requires the upkeep of documentation and attachments to trips of IDR related documents.UNDERSTAND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for keeping Master spreadsheet updated. Track disputes from start to finish. Track offers and fee payments. Attach and document trips as needed. Create weekly reports for the IDR committee. Ensure deadlines are met. Ensure timely updates for incoming IDR data. Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Teleconferencing, specifically Zoom and Teams. Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel. Effectively manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet strict deadlines as established by the IDR process. Function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Commitment to continuous learning.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of Zoll system and the billing process. Knowledge of additional software, such as Box.com, as needed. Working knowledge of database software. Medical terminology. Experience processing claims.WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
Inside, office environment. The majority of the workday is spent sitting at a desk or workstation while performing tasks on a computer, such as data entry, email communication, and documentation. Should be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting. The ability to type and use a keyboard extensively. Proficiency in typing and computer skills are essential for this role. Frequently engage in verbal and written communication with employee management and external parties. Clear and effective communication skills are essential. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Occasionally need to handle files, paperwork, or office supplies, which could involve lifting light objects. Must be able to read documents, computer screens, and other materials.
