Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing and Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to billing processes, ensuring seamless financial operations. Your organizational skills and proficiency with computer systems will be essential in maintaining precise records, supporting administrative functions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our office. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical expertise while supporting vital business functions in a fast-paced environment. Duties Putting together billing packets to be submitted for approval. Utilizing QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and attention to detail Manage data collection from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness of records Perform data entry tasks including order processing, transcription, and updating client or vendor information Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents Utilize pivot tables and other Excel tools to analyze billing data and generate reports for management Support office operations by performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents Assist with basic math calculations related to billing totals, discounts, or adjustments as needed Experience Proven clerical experience in an office setting with a focus on data entry or administrative support Familiarity with databases, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—demonstrating strong computer skills Prior experience with data collection, and maintaining accurate records Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Basic math skills for verifying billing amounts and performing calculations accurately Experience with transcription or typing at a fast pace to ensure timely data processing Knowledge of filing procedures and record management practices Join us to become an integral part of a team dedicated to precision, efficiency, and excellence in administrative support. Pay:
