Job Description

ABM Industries is seeking an Aviation Payroll Data Entry/Administrative Supervisor to support the Operations Team at Dallas/Fort Worth Internation Airport. This role is essential to ensuring accurate timekeeping, efficient reporting, and responding to inquiries for approximately 300 team members. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands time and attendance systems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, unionized environment.
Compensation:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars) DOE The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. 401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiarity with statutory labor requirements and union environments Make timely corrections in the timekeeping system to ensure payroll accuracy. Provides leadership, direction, and oversight to a team to ensure operational success Generate and analyze operational and payroll-related reports. Respond to team member inquiries regarding timekeeping, payroll, and general administrative matters. Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with statutory and union requirements. Assist with scheduling and responding to shift callouts. Collaborate with HR and Payroll to ensure smooth daily operations.
