Description

In this role, you will support the flow of international trade documentation through document review, data entry, product classification, and helping ensure records are complete, accurate, and processed on time. This position plays an important part in maintaining data quality and supporting smooth coordination across teams involved in shipping and trade-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and verify trade documents for accuracy and completeness.
Enter shipment, customs, and invoice data into internal systems.
Apply product and tariff classification codes using established guidelines
Maintain organized digital records of trade and shipping documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
Follow detailed procedures while meeting quality and productivity standards
Support customs processing through accurate document review and coding
Ensure timely processing of import and export paperwork.
Requirements
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
High typing accuracy.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Typing speed of 35+ WPM
Experience processing large volumes of trade data.
Administrative, clerical, data entry, shipping, logistics, or documentation experience
Experience reviewing customs and shipping documents and identifying documentation discrepancies.
Experience handling confidential records with accuracy and discretion.
Experience using shipment and customs systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft products.
Familiarity with import and export paperwork and compliance processes.
