is growing! We're seeking detail-oriented Customs Clerks to support critical back-office customs processing operations on our second shift team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with documentation, problem-solving, and making informed decisions based on detailed information. This position goes beyond traditional data entry. Successful candidates will review and interpret shipment documentation, apply tariff classifications, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Review and process shipping and customs documentation accurately and efficiently Analyze manifests and supporting shipment documents Apply tariff codes and make decisions based on classification guidelines Enter and update information across multiple systems and applications Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures Conduct research and interpret information to resolve discrepancies Meet quality and productivity standards while maintaining accuracy Requirements Success in this position requires judgment, critical thinking, and the ability to interpret complex information. Ability to work a second-shift schedule of 4:00 PM-12:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
