Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and strong technical skills will support efficient office operations and enhance overall productivity. Responsibilities Enter and update data into company databases with accuracy and attention to detail Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to create spreadsheets, reports, and documents Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer service Assist with office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and correspondence handling Proofread documents for errors in spelling, grammar, and formatting before submission Support client communication efforts through professional phone etiquette and timely responses Skills Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support within an office environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and productivity software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software is a plus for financial data management Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Exceptional typing speed with high accuracy; adept at proofreading documents Experience with front desk operations, including phone communication and customer support Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, and calendar management tools Strong organizational skills combined with effective time management strategies Technical proficiency in using spreadsheets for data analysis and report generation Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills will directly impact our operational success!
