Duties Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise software such as QuickBooks and Google Workspace with speed and accuracy Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of information Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before final submission Assist with bookkeeping activities such as invoice processing and expense tracking Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support within an office environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, productivity software, and spreadsheets Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; attention to detail is essential Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in office management tools like QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems Bilingual ability is a plus for effective client communication in diverse settings Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles such as medical or dental receptionist is advantageous Knowledge of filing systems, proofreading techniques, and phone etiquette to enhance client interactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values precision, efficiency, and excellent communication.
