Typing Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are looking for an accurate, detail-oriented person that is willing to be trained & do the responsibilities of secretarial, data entry and office operations of a CPA office.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls & filing documents. Enter data without having to watch the computer keyboard Starting hours will be 9 to 5 Monday - Thursday (28 hours) until our busy season starts January 1st then hours will be 9 to 6 Monday through Friday Starting pay $15 to $20/hour depending on education and experience
REQUIRED BEFORE APPLYING
(1) Already living within 15 miles of Longview, Texas and (2) Have had a keyboarding course & enough keyboarding experience where you are already able to do data entry without having to watch your keyboard and (3) Does not smoke or vape and (4) Covid vaccinated & boosted up to date and (5) Permanent and long term
Pay:
