Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Additional training in inventory management, logistics, business administration, or related fields is a plus Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, inventory reconciliation, invoicing, or data entry within a manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial environment Experience processing work orders, shipment confirmations, and inventory transactions Strong computer and data entry skills with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems, preferably JDE (JD Edwards) Strong customer service and administrative support background Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Exemplary attendance and reliability record Must successfully pass a Data Entry Assessment Skills Test Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Frequent use of a keyboard and computer systems for data entry Ability to move throughout a warehouse or manufacturing facility as needed Capable of handling detailed administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment Job Duties Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and responding to emails Enter and reconcile inventory transactions with a high degree of accuracy Process parts, inventory, and production information within company systems Manage backorders for work orders and accessories Complete production transaction entries in JDE and maintain accurate records Research and resolve production entry discrepancies and inventory issues File production work orders, logs, shipping documents, and related records Process shipment confirmations for completed customer orders Provide administrative and operational support to management as needed Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
