FLEXIBLE HOURS

Prior Geological experience or training required QuickBooks experience preferred Essential job functions include but not limited to: Checking logs for accuracy Filling in missing data on unmanned logs Creating field vouchers for signature Creating invoices Create work orders for new jobs Set up jobs on website Set up new users with login credentials Keep track of safety training expirations for employees Keep ISNetworld and Veriforce data up to date and complete Proofread logs at end of job and make final edits Print logs and burn data DVDs at end of jobs Pull permits data for upcoming jobs Maintain calendar for current and upcoming jobs Enter invoices into Open Invoice and other online portals Communicate with customers about current and upcoming jobs Enter job ending reports More information about job duties and salary to be discussed during interview process.
