• Friday 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM CST 5-6 weeks of initial training Followed by nesting and ongoing training Mandatory attendance required throughout training $16 per hour Full benefits Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining account data while supporting office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable handling both data entry tasks and light outbound communication. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy Maintain organized records and files, both digital and physical Retrieve and compile data for reports as needed Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and document management Make occasional outbound calls to verify information or follow up on records Collaborate with internal teams to obtain or clarify missing or incomplete data Follow all company policies regarding data integrity and confidentiality Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma required Basic to intermediate computer skills required (Microsoft Office, data entry systems, navigation) Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred Strong typing skills with attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Mandatory attendance required throughout training Must have reliable transportation Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $28120
