2 We are seeking two detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a construction company in Rosharon. These positions will initially focus on transferring a high volume of data from the company's internal system into Coupa to meet client requirements. The initial data entry assignment is expected to last 30-60 days , with the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire Project Administrator or Project Coordinator role , depending on performance and business needs. Responsibilities Accurately enter and transfer high volumes of data into Coupa. Review source information for accuracy and completeness. Identify discrepancies or missing information and communicate questions to the appropriate team members. Maintain organized records and meet established deadlines. Assist with additional project administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous high-volume data entry experience. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to stay organized and focused while completing repetitive tasks. Comfortable learning and navigating software systems. Strong communication and time management skills. Coupa experience is highly preferred. Construction industry experience is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Rosharon Monday through Friday.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
