Bone Bank Allografts, a subsidiary of Globus Medical Inc., specializes in processing and distributing high-quality bone allografts for various medical procedures, including orthopedic, dental, and reconstructive surgeries. Position Summary:
The role of the Data Entry Coordinator is to provide operational support to manufacturing by ensuring accurate management of data entry and traceability of tissue. The position collaborates closely with Quality Assurance and supports key manufacturing processes and logistics.Essential Functions:
Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of data in the Manufacturing Access Database Assist in the accuracy of Manufacturing processing episode data entry Work with Quality Assurance to update the Manufacturing Access Database with any corrections and report revisions Submit and prepare tissue samples for testing and shipment Assist with Manufacturing inventory and perform reconciliation of storage logs for accurate tissue traceability Organize and perform Irradiation load shipments Assist and/or perform Lyophilization runs Other duties as assigned Adhere to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies Ensure Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties of Globus Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Excellent typing skills Good Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office and other menu driven software Good organizational and administrative skills Good customer service skills Good communication skills Must be able to communicate in English Accuracy and good attention to detail Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
