Data Entry Clerk

Zapco is a 30+ year old company looking for a Data Entry Clerk in our Customer Service Dept. Duties include, but not limited to: Answer incoming calls and email in an efficient manner Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs relating to Zapco's products Learn products and paper types Input purchase orders Process sales invoices Ship orders Perform each duty with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent

• Required One year of customer service experience
• Required Experience in QuickBooks
• Preferred Driven work ethic Accuracy a must Friendly, polite phone manner Ability to communicate and interact in a friendly, polite business manner at all times Knowledge of basic office equipment
