Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and excellent office skills will support our administrative operations, streamline data processes, and enhance overall office efficiency. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data in multiple systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, for easy retrieval of information Support office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer support Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial records Collaborate with team members to organize files, prepare reports, and support administrative projects Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies and procedures Requirements Proven clerical or office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry best practices Experience using multi-line phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members Knowledge of QuickBooks, Office management, calendar management, proofreading, and filing procedures preferred Strong computer literacy including familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers Prior experience in customer service or medical/dental receptionist roles is advantageous Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in administrative support!
