Duties include reviewing insurance documents for pertinent data, inputting data from insurance policies, changing policy records to conform to endorsements, keying in reinsurance data, compiling data on lapsed insurance policies to determine automatic reinstatement according to company policies, canceling and non-renewing insurance policies as requested by underwriting.

Responsibilities:

Enter new and renewal policy/endorsement information from policies and endorsements that have been issued into our policy data and billing system

• WINS Correspond with underwriters and other employees of same or different departments to clarify/verify policy information and/or instructions Identify and understand file documents such as route sheets, premium audits worksheets, reinsurance cession slips, cancellation/reinstatement/nonrenewal requests, and applications Organize and work with detailed office systems Review and verify pertinent data, such as age, name, address, and policy premium, and other policy specific detail Prioritize workload according to business needs and closing schedule What you will bring to
