Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a Contract to permanent basis in Herndon, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing and inputting data while ensuring organizational efficiency. This position is ideal for candidates seeking to contribute to a fast-paced environment within the education industry.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update information into databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to organize and manage data effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain up-to-date records and support administrative processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a detail-oriented manner.
- Leverage Salesforce or other CRM systems to streamline data management workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Assist with general office duties and provide exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance data entry accuracy and efficiency. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience, preferably in data entry or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Typing speed and accuracy to meet data entry requirements.
