Job Description
Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate for a Data Entry Clean Up. In this role your primary focus will be accurately entering and managing data while maintaining the integrity of the information. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure all information entered complies with organizational standards and protocols.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
- Utilize software tools, including Sage Intacct, to perform data-related tasks.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data entries when required.
- Assist in identifying and addressing inefficiencies in data entry workflows.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and tools, including Sage Intacct.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with numeric and alphanumeric data entry.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Capability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
