Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate for a Data Entry Clean Up. In this role your primary focus will be accurately entering and managing data while maintaining the integrity of the information. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ensure all information entered complies with organizational standards and protocols.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and correctness.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.
- Utilize software tools, including Sage Intacct, to perform data-related tasks.
- Generate reports and summaries based on data entries when required.
- Assist in identifying and addressing inefficiencies in data entry workflows.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
