Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Reston, VA. The Data Entry Clerk role involves accurately entering data, managing tasks within Microsoft Office Suite, and supporting the team during a busy period. Responsibilities:

• Accurately input numerical and textual data into spreadsheets and databases.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and manage data efficiently.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure deadlines are met during peak periods.
• Assist with administrative tasks and data management as needed.
• Provide reliable and consistent support during seasonal conferences.
• Organize and maintain records to ensure data integrity.
• Adapt to various data entry tasks while maintaining productivity.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or discrepancies. Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of office experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Strong typing skills and ability to perform data entry with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Background in business or marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with data entry tools and techniques.
