Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining essential data across various platforms. Your proficiency with office management tools, spreadsheets, and data entry software will ensure seamless operations and support our administrative functions. Responsibilities Enter and update data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, and management software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and direct calls appropriately Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of information Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing exceptional customer service Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic office management tasks Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before submission or filing Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and streamline administrative processes Requirements Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or office administration with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and productivity software Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus Strong computer literacy including experience with bookkeeping, calendar management, and technical proficiency in office tools Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Bilingual abilities are preferred but not required; fluency in additional languages is a plus Previous experience working as a receptionist or in customer support roles such as medical or dental receptionist is advantageous Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is beneficial for handling basic bookkeeping tasks Outstanding phone etiquette combined with excellent communication skills for client interaction and support Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and technical skills will make a meaningful impact every day!
Pay:
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
