Essential Job Functions Process Distributor orders according to operating procedures Compile and distribute completed Distributor invoice packages to and from the Accounts Payable team Review ROA order log daily for accuracy and completeness Follow-up daily with team members about issues with orders Ensure the proper documentation is being obtained prior to Distributor invoicing Resolve issues with orders/ shipments/ invoices that need your involvement Skills and Competency Requirements Excellent data entry and 10 key calculator skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Well organized and pay great attention to detail Works independently or as part of a team Have good customer service skills in order to handle manufacturer calls Must be able to work under deadlines while handling multiple tasks Qualifications High School Diploma Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of office systems including file retention and records Experience in use of office equipment including phone, fax and copier Basic knowledge of computer programs including
