Urgent Hiring Need: PT and FT Data Entry Specialists - 2nd Shift (in office)

City Staffing has an immediate need for full-time and part-time Data Entry Specialists to support our client, J.P. Morgan, a leading global financial services firm and one of the largest banking institutions in the United States with operations worldwide.

Job Description:

The Data Key Entry Specialist will be responsible for data keying and expected to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy on a daily basis. No previous data entry/data keying experience is required. This team is actively working onsite. Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents into the client's internal system Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors Correcting inaccuracies and validating output Keeping information confidential

Requirements:

Alphanumeric data entry skills Ability to read cursive writing No experience is required, all qualified candidates can be trained Maintain efficient rate of productivity and high rate of accuracy Must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible to support peak volumes Must be able to follow outlined processes and procedures accurately Must be able to work in a team environment with a diverse group A Security Clearance will be required for this position. This includes, but is not limited to: Fingerprints Employment History Proof of legal U.S. residence for up to 7 years

2nd Shift ($22.00/hr) :

Mon-Fri:

3:30pm

• 12:00am (Full-Time only)

OR Mon-Thu:

5:30pm

• 2:00am and Fri 5:30pm
• 12:00am (Full-Time or Part-Time) The client has flexibility for number of hours worked (minimum of 20) within these timeframes.
• According to client requirements, all applicants MUST be able to pass a state, county, and federal criminal background check as well as a credit report review.
