QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma with courses or background in data entry. Prefer two years of office experience. Ability and desire to work with all employees including those with disabilities. In evaluating candidates for this position, ORC may consider a combination of education, training, and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the responsibilities of the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Report to the Senior Accountant. 2. Perform data entry of timecards and assist with processing of production employees' payroll. Run payroll program; check proof for accuracy. Refer timecard discrepancies to supervisors. 3. May assist with posting of payroll records weekly. 4. Assist with Production employee checks and direct deposits bi-weekly. 5. Furnish staff with requested payroll and other organizational reports. 6. Assist the Accountant department and front office in entering and maintaining employee payroll and general records for agency billings. 7. Prepare timecard labels & badges. 8. Maintain employee attendance and other company records. 9. Perform receptionist duties part-time, answering telephone and receiving visitors. 10. Ensure that company policies are adhered to in all aspects of the work environment. 11. Establish operating procedures which will foster safe operating practices for all employees and promote adherence to ORC's quality goals in order to increase productivity and minimize loss. 12.
