Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking experienced Katapult Fielding Crew Leads as well as motivated Helpers to perform utility pole data collection for joint use and fiber projects throughout West Virginia. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with projects located in various areas across the state. Crew Lead applicants should have prior Katapult fielding experience and be comfortable working independently or leading a small crew in the field. Helper positions do not require prior experience, and training will be provided for motivated individuals looking to enter the industry. We are a rapidly growing company looking for reliable and motivated contractors who want long-term opportunities. Helpers who learn quickly, stay motivated, and perform well may have the opportunity to move into lead positions in as little as 30 days. This role requires travel throughout West Virginia and is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors and traveling between project locations. Contractors are responsible for their own transportation and lodging. In some cases, we may be able to assist with lodging accommodations, with pay adjusted accordingly. All required field equipment will be provided. Pay typically ranges from $1,500 to $3,000+ per week depending on production, with higher earning potential for motivated and efficient contractors. Contractors are free to set their own schedules and manage their workload independently. Ongoing work opportunities are available for dependable contractors. Duties & Responsibilities Perform utility pole field data collection using Katapult Pro for joint use and fiber projects Capture accurate measurements, photos, and attachments in accordance with project requirements Identify pole attachments, communication lines, and electrical infrastructure Maintain quality and consistency of collected data to meet client standards Navigate rural and urban environments while collecting field data Work independently or lead/coordinate with a small field crew when needed Travel throughout West Virginia to active project locations Maintain and care for provided field equipment Upload and organize collected data in a timely manner Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to walk long distances on uneven terrain Ability to travel throughout West Virginia for project work Basic computer and smartphone proficiency Experience with Katapult Pro preferred for lead positions Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Up to $3,000.00 per week
