Job Title:
WIOA Eligibility Specialist/Case Manager Job Function:
Eligibility Specialist/ Case Manager will enroll eligible referrals into WIOA and will perform duties assigned by the Program Director consistent with the training, experience, and scope of services listed within the program. Description . Responsible for case management of clients and provide well as providing wrap around support services to meet with client's needs. Duties Provides intake assessment/case planning/core services to DCWIOA Participants which includes: Complete Eligibility enrollment for clients Inputting data into state systems. Schedules appointments for clients. Completes all intake and ongoing forms for clients. Maintains all required documents for client participation which includes all client interactions and all services received and to record in database. Will provide mentoring to encouraging clients to make positive and constructive decisions. Will complete ongoing monthly reports, that include client progress, outcomes, educational goals, and employment goals Monitor clients progress and attendance for educational and employment needs, including community based and home based check-ins. behaviors. From $18.50 per hour
